Who we are and scope

BankAccountBuilders LLC, Phoenix, Arizona, United States, operates Rumble Lords, rumblelords.com, and related game services. This notice explains our handling of personal information. Contact support@rumblelords.com for privacy requests or questions. Effective October 23, 2026.

Information we collect

You provide account and authentication information, email addresses, player names, support correspondence, and any chat or other content you submit. Beta signups collect your email address or phone number, selected phone country, and consent time and version. We maintain game records such as account identifiers, inventory, progression, rewards, transactions, matches, commands, and social interactions. Hosting and security systems process IP addresses, request information, device/browser information, timestamps, and errors. Authentication providers process credentials; do not send passwords or payment-card details to support.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure accounts and multiplayer games; maintain progression and reward ledgers; prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and duplicate promotions; investigate reports; diagnose and improve performance; respond to support and legal requests; and manage the beta list. Match recordings and gameplay logs may be retained for debugging, integrity checks, and moderation. They are game data, not a recording of your microphone or camera. We send optional beta or launch messages through the channel you selected only with the required permission. Signing up currently reserves a bonus pending verification; it does not create a game account or credit currency.

Sharing and visibility

Player names, game activity, match information, and messages you choose to post can be visible to other players. Do not put sensitive information in public chat. We disclose necessary information to service providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, support, and security, including Fly.io and Supabase. Authorized personnel may access information for those purposes. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect people or rights, investigate misuse, or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell the beta contact list. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Ads, purchases, and future features

Real rewarded advertising and launch email/SMS delivery are not enabled in the current web playtest. Planned ad integrations are not described here as active data collection. Before enabling materially different advertising or tracking, we will update disclosures and provide any legally required choices or consent. If purchases become available, the relevant store or payment provider processes payment details; we may receive transaction identifiers and entitlement information. Their independent privacy notices also apply.

Cookies and local storage

The site and game use browser storage and session mechanisms for authentication, preferences, game resources, and remembering signup or popup state. The current landing page does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Clearing or blocking storage can affect sign-in and functionality. We do not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. Where applicable, we honor legally required opt-out signals; no sale or advertising-sharing activity is currently enabled.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including maintaining an active account, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; it is not a promise of indefinite availability. After a verified deletion request we delete or de-identify information unless a lawful exception applies. Backups may retain information until their normal replacement cycle. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Do not rely on the service as your only copy of content.

Your choices and rights

Email support@rumblelords.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional communication consent. Please identify the account or signup contact; do not include passwords. We may reasonably verify your identity and authority before acting. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, appeal, or an authorized agent, and to complain to a privacy regulator. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and do not discriminate for exercising protected rights. Some records may be retained under lawful exceptions. For an appeal, email the same address with “Privacy appeal.”

Marketing choices

You can withdraw beta email/SMS permission now by emailing support@rumblelords.com from, or identifying, your signup contact. Once delivery is enabled, messages will include an applicable unsubscribe method; SMS will support STOP. Service and security notices are separate from optional marketing. No purchase is required to consent, and declining optional messages does not prevent use of the game.

Children and international users

Rumble Lords is intended for people age 13 and older, and is not intended for children under 13. Where a higher age is required for valid consent, that requirement applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@rumblelords.com so we can investigate and remove it as required. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. Where applicable, we use legally required safeguards for international transfers; this notice is not a waiver of your local rights. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely as appropriate on performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for optional activities.

Changes and contact

We will post revisions with a new effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for material changes. Contact BankAccountBuilders LLC, Phoenix, Arizona, United States, at support@rumblelords.com. The Terms of Service do not limit rights granted to you by applicable privacy law.
